Owned by the Dépée family, headed by Jacques when created, then his son Philippe takes over in 1970. The Auberge des Templiers, founding member Relais & Châteaux in 1954, is still owned by the Dépée family : Guillaume, son of Philippe, works to keep the magic of this prestigious place of greenery, with Matthieu Favrot as Master of the house.
